Jayden has been immersed in the dance world since she was six years old, training with professional hip-hop companies and performing professionally with the Pinheruppers. With a strong background in hip-pop, contemporary, and sensual heels, JJ brings her unique style and passion to every class.

You can find her leading her CODETTE girl gang creating concept videos and badass performances or guiding students through empowering Heels classes that fuse fierce energy with a sultry edge. Her classes are designed to leave you feeling empowered, challenged, and inspired, igniting your confidence and leaving you hungry for more.

Ari Rose

Sneakers Instructor/ CODETTE Choreographer

Ari has been dancing since she was four years old, training across a variety of disciplines and competing for nearly 15 years.

Her deep connection to music fuels her passion for dance, and she believes in its power as an emotional outlet and a means of true self-expression.

With Hip Hop and Contemporary as her favorite styles, Aris approach is a unique blend of both genres with a splash of jazz, offering students a fresh experience in every class. Her sessions are a safe space to learn, explore movement, and have fun while stepping outside your comfort zone.

ALYSSA ENNIS

HEELS INSTCRUCTOR/ CODETTE CHOREOGRAPHER

Alyssa began her dance journey at the age of 3, exploring a variety of styles that have shaped her into a versatile performer and teacher. As an adult, she now specializes in teaching heels and burlesque, while also competing in West Coast Swing, Argentine Tango, and Country dance. She ALSO performs professionally as a burlesque and belly dancer.

Passionate about creating an empowering and enjoyable environment, Alyssa’s classes focus on sensual movement and theatrical flair, encouraging students to embrace self-expression and build confidence through dance and performing. Rebecca Levy

Chair Instructor/Choreographer

Becca is a seasoned dancer with over 10 years of experience in various dance styles, specializing in CHAIR dance and Burlesque. As a proud member of the Tease Queens Burlesque troupe, she brings a mix of sensuality, creativity, and skill to every project and performance.

Balancing her passion for dance with motherhood, she is a testament to the power of resilience and self-expression. As a mom of two, Becca understands the importance of self-care and confidence, and she believes every woman deserves to feel empowered in their body.

With years of honing her craft, she has mastered the art of captivating an audience and turning every performance into an unforgettable experience. Whether on stage or in her daily life, Becca embodies confidence and strength—showing that it's never too late to chase your passions while embracing your role as a mom.

She invites all the ladies to join her class and discover the joy, confidence, and empowerment that come with chair dance.
